KC is a native of Huntington, New York. Graduated from St. Anthony’s High School and then pursued a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. KC is certified with the National Strength & Conditioning Association and has been leading personal and group training sessions for 8+ years with classes focused on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Big NY Jets fan (Patriots fans be ready for burpees).
Natasha, affectionately known by many as Tash, is thrilled to be a coach and member of the Kinetic Coaching family. Natasha was born and raised in Huntington New York. Growing up she was a dancer, competitive cheerleader and has practiced boxing for the last 7 years. Natasha is a certified New York State World Language teacher on Long Island and a certified Boxing n Barbells instructor. With her educational background and passion for fitness be ready to sweat, laugh and enjoy the journey to a happier healthier you!!
Mike is a local to Huntington, NY. He was a 3 sport athlete playing lacrosse, soccer and wrestling. Mike attended Elon University and is currently a partner at a family owned home building company. Fitness has always been an important part of Mike’s life, and he is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Come down and take one of his classes on Tuesday night or Wednesday Morning or set up a 1 or 1 private session!

Joe is a local to Huntington Station, Long Island. He played a variety of sports throughout his life including soccer, basketball, baseball, and volleyball. He also attended West Virginia University for strength and conditioning, and sports psychology. During this time, he worked in the division 1 setting with football, basketball, gymnastics, swimming/diving, track, and cheer patients. Has 6+ years of coaching and programming experience, specializing in weight loss, injury prevention, and building strength/endurance. You won't be disappointed when working with Joe!
