Coach Kyle is a no-nonsense trainer who brings great energy to every session. When he’s not coaching on the floor at Kinetic, he’s working as an ironworker — so strength and work ethic are second nature to him.
With a background in bodybuilding competitions, Kyle has a sharp eye for detail and is known around the gym as our unofficial “Form Police.” He’s big on proper movement, lifting with intent, and making sure every rep counts — all while keeping sessions fun and motivating. If you’re looking to train hard, move well, and get stronger the right way, Coach Kyle’s your guy!

Jillian is KC’s wife and partner in crime at Kinetic Coaching. Outside of Kinetic - she’s a Nurse Practitioner with a true passion for health, wellness, and bridging the gap between healthcare and fitness.
At the gym, Jillian brings the energy, keeps things fun, and builds genuine relationships with every member she meets. Beyond coaching, she’s also the decorator, party planner, and creative mind behind many of the events and special touches that make Kinetic feel like home. An incredible asset to the team and an even better part of the community — you’ll always leave her class feeling energized and supported!

Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Farmingdale State College and is a NASM-CPT certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With a background in calisthenics and a strong passion for bodybuilding, Tim brings experience from two very different training disciplines — combining athletic body control and movement quality with structured strength and physique development.
His coaching style blends old-school training discipline with modern, evidence-based principles to help clients train with purpose, consistency, and confidence. Tim believes effective training should be challenging without being reckless, and intelligent without becoming overcomplicated. He focuses on helping clients eliminate guesswork, improve movement quality, and build real strength through proper execution, intentional effort, and sustainable progression.

From Surviving Cancer to Finding My Calling
My life started with a brutal education in resilience. Before I even had a career, I faced a life-altering diagnosis: testicular cancer. Surviving that fight taught me more about discipline and the fragility of life than anything else could have.
But after the recovery, I fell into the trap of seeking stability. I took a safe, predictable IT job, even though it never truly fueled me. For years, I just existed—working a job I disliked and carrying the physical and mental weight of being overweight. I traded my survivor’s spirit for comfort, and I felt stuck, unfulfilled, and deeply unhappy.
The next seismic shift came with the COVID-19 pandemic. As my work went remote, that isolation forced me to confront the profound mismatch between my inner strength (honed years earlier by cancer) and my current reality. This unexpected pause became my laboratory for change.
I committed to a transformation, not just physical, but total. I shed 45 pounds and, more importantly, I shed the identity of the unhappy office worker. The fitness journey was so powerful that I realized I couldn’t go back to the desk.
Today, I’m an MMA fighter and a fitness coach.
It is a profound privilege to stand here now. It’s a privilege to use my body in the cage, to train others, and to know that my life—from the cancer ward to the octagon—is defined by purpose, not just profit. My story is proof that you can take the hardest lessons life throws at you and use them as the foundation for an entirely new, deeply meaningful future

Coach Yani has been a certified Trainer since 2017, but make no mistakes about it , she’s been helping others on their fitness journeys for way longer. Prior to her fitness experience, she went to college to pursue her other passion in forensic Science. She joined the NYPD in July of 2001. She quickly learned about policing or as they say “the job” , she was working on September 11, 2001. That day, although tragic molded her into a person she didn’t realize she had in her. Her desire to help strangers that day and over the years grew stronger and stronger. During her career she realized that stress and depression comes along with policing. She created running groups and workouts regiments to help her and her colleagues. While still being active and serving, she felt obligated to learn more about human anatomy and how to teach proper form and execution. She then went on and obtained her personal trainer certification with NASM in 2017. In 2022, she retired after 21 years of dedicated service. Just because of retirement Yani ‘s passion for fitness and helping others was still poking at her, that calling was satisfied when she immediately began coaching. She coached at a Crossfit gym and other local fitness centers. Her growth and perspective as a coach has allowed her to understand the value in technique, form, and on being a better athlete and passes that knowledge along to others. That passion of serving others has never left her. Coach Yani has participated in Crossfit competitions and has ran 10 full marathons. Her favorite quote is, “They say do what you love and you never work a day in your life”.
